रोज अस्पताल पहुंच रहे हजारों बच्चों को बचाने का कोई उपाय है आपके पास मनमोहन और रमन जी?

कुछ दिनों पहले ही छत्तीसगढ़ के रायगढ़ और राजस्थान के अलवर जिले में दस से ज्यादा बच्चो ने फिर रतनजोत (जैट्रोफा) के बीज खा लिए| उन्हें गंभीर हालत में अस्पताल ले जाया गया| जब से रतनजोत का व्यापक रोपण आरम्भ हुआ है तब से हजारों बच्चो के अस्पताल पहुंचने का सिलसिला रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है| अब तक पांच बच्चे रतनजोत खाकर मारे जा चुके हैं|
हाल ही में विनराक इंटरनेशनल द्वारा जैव-ईधन पर एक बड़ा आयोजन पन्च सितारा होटल में किया गया जिसमे रतनजोत के गुणों का बखान किया गया| मजबूरीवश इस आयोजन में जा रहे प्रतिभागियों ने मुझसे पूछा कि आपकी ओर से आयोजकों को क्या कहना है? मैंने कहा कि ऐसे आयोजन के उदघाटन सत्र में कुछ पलों का मौन रखकर उन हजारो प्रभावित बच्चो को याद कर लिया जाये तो रतनजोत का अभिशाप झेल रहे हैं| पर आयोजकों ने इस राय को अनसुना कर दिया|

वर्ष २००४ में ही मैंने रायपुर से छपने वाले दैनिक नवभारत के माध्यम से यह चेता दिया था कि रतनजोत को यदि मानव आबादी के पास रोपा गया तो यह बच्चों और पशुओं के लिए अभिशाप बन सकता है| चूंकि उस समय भाजपा का शासन था और जनता को बायोडीजल स्वप्न दिखाया जा रहा था इसलिए मुझे कांग्रेस का एजेंट मान लिया गया| इस देश में कोई निष्पक्ष होकर गलत योजनाओं को आड़े हाथों नहीं ले सकता क्या? आज रतनजोत को पूरे देश में बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है,चाहे वह कांग्रेस हो या भाजपा और उनकी गलत नीतियों के चलते हजारों बच्चे विष के शिकार हो रहे हैं| इसलिए मेरा प्रश्न मनमोहन और रमन जी दोनों से है|

अस्पताल में सैकड़ों बच्चो से मिलते, उनकी तस्वीरें लेते मुझे बार-बार हमारे पूर्व राष्ट्रपति याद आ रहे थे जिन्हें बच्चों से प्यार था और रतनजोत से भी| उन्होंने स्कूलों में रतनजोत लगाने का अनुरोध किया| शायद वे नहीं जानते होंगे कि उनका ऐसा कहना बच्चों के लिए अभिशाप बन जाएगा| आज मैं उन्हें तलाश रहा हूं कि वे सामने आये और बच्चों से रतनजोत से दूर रहने की अपील करें| बच्चे किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी के नहीं है| इस देश में खान साहब पर घंटों बर्बाद करने का माद्दा मीडिया में है पर रोज अस्पतालों में पहुंच रहे हजारों बच्चो की सुध लेने की फुर्सत उन्हें नहीं है| आज बाघों को बचाने की चिंता की जा रही है पर जैव-विविधता पूर्ण जंगलों मेंविदेशी रतनजोत रोप दिए जाने के कारण कैसे हिरन जैसे शाकाहारी जीवों का चारा छिन रहा है और उसके कारण कैसे बाघ जैसे शीर्ष जीवों के अस्तित्व पर खतरा पैदा हो रहा है, इस पर सोचने तक की फुर्सत किसी को नहीं है| यदि टीवी चैनल एक अपील ही जारी कर दे तो लाखों बच्चे रतनजोत से दूर रह सकते हैं|

रतनजोत के अपने गुण-दोष होंगे इस पर चर्चा बाद में की जा सकती है पर पहले बच्चों को बचाना जरुरी है| वैज्ञानिक शोध बताते है कि रतनजोत खाने वाले बच्चे मानसिक रूप से कमजोर हो जाते है| प्रभावित बच्चों को इलाज के बाद वापस भेज दिया जाता है, उनकी बिगड़ी मानसिक स्थिति पर नजर नहीं रखी जाती है|

रतनजोत पर मेरा सतत लेखन बहुतों को कुर्सी के लिए खतरा लगता है पर यह मेरे देश के भविष्य से जुडा है इसलिए मै तो आवाज बुलंद करता रहूँगा|
